Writer's Workshop. She has successfully visited the ten schools providing years 5 & 6 children with an exciting writer’s workshop. All of her writing with the children has centred around the project’s important environmental theme, The Right to Survive. It has enabled the children to write meaningfully and for a real purpose. The children’s written work will appear in the final script for the musical. The writer’s workshop aims to stimulate the children’s interaction with the web by enabling each school to maintain their own language work on line. Each school will also contribute the children’s written work to a gallery display at the Theatre in Brecon to coinside with the performances in June. |
